What to write in about
We're happy to hear about pretty much anything related to the site, but a few categories come up most often:
- Bug reports — if a calculator gave you a result that looks wrong, tell us the exact dates or values you entered and what you expected instead. That's the fastest way for us to reproduce and fix it.
- Calculator requests — if you searched for a date tool and couldn't find it here, let us know what it should do. Several calculators on this site started as a request from someone who emailed in.
- General feedback — what's working, what's confusing, or what would make the site easier to use on your device.
- Business and advertising inquiries — for partnership or advertising questions, use the same address and include a short description in your subject line.
Before you write in
For questions about how a specific calculator's math works, check that calculator's own page first — most include a short explanation of the formula or logic used, right below the result. If it's still unclear after that, we're happy to walk through it over email.
Response times
MyDayStamp is run independently rather than by a large support team, so replies typically take a few business days. We prioritize bug reports that affect calculation accuracy, since those matter most to people relying on a result.
